I made Make a Splash after one of my kids went through some serious mental health issues. Once we made it through to the other side, I wondered what I could do to support other young people in a similar position. I came up with this journal.

I made the journal with 10 - 16 year olds in mind. But a wide range of young people have used the journal and offered their reviews below.
